Hmmm. IIRC Orange Line is about 30 minutes to/from Clark Lake
That's the stop I recommended in my other message. Allow 10-15 min from the gate to the MDW train stop. Conservative approach is 60 min from deplane to Clark/Lake, then your walk.

No flights into Midway before 9:30. I'm back to ORD.
That brings the choice down to either expecting to be late to the meeting or flying in the day before.
