The city of Chicago boots you if you have 3 or more parking tickets, but...
if you keep just 2 outstanding, what are the issues to be aware of?
They are issuing warning like I've never seen before!
I recently paid off 7-8 year old tickets and have no idea how they tracked me down since I moved out of state and back two times since!
I plan of moving out of state in 18 months ;-).
