Default Comcast really screwed up tonight. West suburbs outage in the middle of the Bears-Packers game...
All of the western burbs are down- I have no cable, internet (thank heavens for my Sprint aircard) and VOIP. after being on hold with Comcast for close to 1/2 hour, they said their switchboard is swamped with irate calls most of which are streams of 4 letter words. One of the heaviest call volumes they've ever received.
