Does anybody know if the rear lower UNmatched panel can be separated from the rest of the bumper?

Default Does anybody know if the rear lower UNmatched panel can be separated from the rest of the bumper?
I have an '04 S4 and am looking in to having it painted. Maybe Russ would/could confirm it one way or the other?

On regular A4 It's one piece (only look like two) so there is no unless you cut it off
