Didn't you say you sent in your BHF application?
I started to process the applications and didn't see one from you (no, I'm not joking around).
Everyone's application that I got should get a confirmation / welcom packet sometime today.

I sent it, and now I am getting concerned.
I will be @ the bank today to see if the check has been cashed, if not, I will cancel that one and resend another.

I double checked my files last night and....
....I am very sure that I never got your application. I will triple check this evening but.....

It's a lot to coordinate up front.....
.... but at the end of the day the smiles on everyone's face make it well worth the effort.
