Default Quick thanks to Conrad at Continental for helping me out earlier in the week.
Russ gave the "my dog is sick" excuse(j/k) but Conrad took care of me. Also the 3.0 UltraSport wasn't a bad substitute for my S4 for the day!

Just had to say thanks and give one more reason why I make the drive down there whenever I need anything.

Never met him, but I remember Conrad from Vortex a few years back, seemed like a great guy.

Default Laurel always gives me a loaner (thanks Jim), but I never get one at Continental - Guess TT's don't
rate high enough in Naperville.

Although, service is good at Continental.

I ALWAYS get a loaner at Continental....not sure why you wouldn't get one....
