Default Tint Ticket

Wife was pulled over yesterday in front of Harry Carrey's downtown for illegal tint. The ticket has a mandatory court date scheduled at the same time as a trip to FL. Does anyone know if/how to just pay the ticket without court or if it is possible to reschedule. There aren't any options listed on the ticket except for the court appearance

Wow. I thought IL required 2 violations to make court mandatory.

Of course her proof of ins was in her other purse - that was the second violation.

Default Guess I don't mind my 50% so much any longer

Don't think I would ever get a ticket for it.

Default I got a warning for it the other day in Bolingbrook... I tint my windows because I consider my

car to be an ongoing work of art, therebye it in my eyes is deemed unconstitutional to inhibit my freedom of expression... Tint laws are ridiculous. If I want to keep my car s interior a cool, unblinded place, it should be my right. Not to mention its better for the environment because the impact of the extra gasoline it takes to keeep the interior of the car is less.
I understand it was passed because of crimes, but Cali, Texas and other states dont have tint laws and have the same type of crimes... It to me seems like more of a way to make some extra cash or possibly to give probable cause on a stop... Just doesnt seem right... The ratios between crimes with tints and not is insignificant. Done venting...

Default I'm seeing a trend here in traffic stops where there never is any downtown, clearly its

not just the meter maids raising revenue
