I am looking to replace my fender inlay emblems with black ones - curious if anyone knows 1) How they are removed/installed 2) Where to purchase?

Welcome. Over in the A5 B9 subforum there are several threads on this exact topic, including details on removal. Europrice is one of the vendors who sells them and the quality is very good.
