d9d and pics

Okay, I emailed someone the url to a pic I have in my picture poster. Now it is "d9d", which I now understand to be something that happens when you try to link to the pic from somewhere else, to save on bandwidth usage for AW.

So, two questions. One, how do I get it back so the pic will show in my picture poster? Two, what is the correct way to show someone a pic in your poster? I guess they have to be sent a link to the site at another level, but which level?
