Default Have I mentioned how much I hate character set encoding?

I guess when this HTML file was updated, it included the unicode equivalent of the 1/4 character. I've fixed it up so it just prints '1/4' out.

This is likely fallout from my recent changes to fix some other character set encoding problems. Sorry.
