Default shouldn't selling stolen wheels be a bannable offense?

first he tell us about "some kid at Dunkin Donuts" trying to sell him (2) D3 A8 wheels with new tires for $100
Buying stolen wheels

Then he makes another post trying to sell said (obviously) stolen wheels for $600-800!

Default Well, knowing this guy personally, I doubt he is really doing anything wrong here...

...the local guys did give him **** about that low price (mentioning that they MUST be stolen), but in the end he did ask and provide an explanation of the source of the wheels in this post. The reference to Dunkin Donuts is not one of those "it fell out of the back of a truck" scenarios either...there is a Dunkins right next to where he works, so plausible if he stops there for coffee before going to work. Maybe the kid who was selling them saw his car over and over.

Regardless, don't assume they are stolen.

Oh, and I've bought plenty of stuff from eBay from various sellers (US, UK and Germany) for extremely low prices only to turn around and resell them for a profit...anything wrong with that???

As always...just my two cents...

Default Jumping to conclusions - easily done on both sides...

You are not helping by rising to it, even though it all makes for a bit of reading!

Bear in mind Azad you did break the rules by posting for sale in a forum. So put them in the classifieds and just make post to tell folks thats where they are or ask for opinions on a realistic value of what you are selling. Seems to be acceptable in other cases.

I know this is a feedback forum so I prolly shouldnt even be replying but it all looked a bit one sided initially.

Azad, surely you can accept that once an issue is raised like this the only reasonable thing for admin to do is remove possible offending posts. Try and see it from all perspectives.

Thats my 2 Euro cents worth *ZIP*
