time to update the forum FAQ

The FAQ mentions the various ways that content is judged in AWOT. It specifically says "if you could here it on the Howard Stern Show" then it's probably ok.

Of course, the Howard Stern Show has changed and is probably not an appropriate measuring stick any longer.
