Two questions...
1) Would it be possible to require new registrees to read through a list of FAQ's as part of the signup process (hopefully reducing some of the "what is the best chip", "do I need chains ..." and other such q's that pop up every page or two)? A tutorial on how to use the search engine would be good reading for them too.
2) Is there a way to keep my sig pic from being deleted? I realize it is not an Audi, but I see plenty of other folks w/o an Audi in their sig.

I know #2 though 
Most non-Audi sig pics are HOSTED somewhere else. AW doesn't care (within reason) what you have in your sig picture, but don't expect them to host a non-Audi picture for you.

1) This is a good idea. I'll put this on the TODO list to revisit that sign in process and add this kind of stuff.
We also had some idea of marking threads as FAQ items, or maybe marking them as threads that should be manually converted into FAQ items too.
