anyone know how or where to use tracking numbers generated when making account changes? I have been having trouble signing-on with my own account. I have confirmed the screen name and email I want and had, but have yet to receive the email needed to finalize this info. I have the tracking #'s provided by AW, but no idea where to input them to id the problem. Also, I have emailed most AW officials for there help, and to my dismay there has been no response. Can anyone help. I want my ID back! Thanx in advance...

The link you provided seem to work, thank you; but, it only records my attempts to change my email, noy my screen name?

Each entry ultimately said the same thing, and explains why I repeatedly have receive nothing-

Can you tell me why this is occurring? Is the problem possibly on my end? I do not have cookies disabled, so I do not now what else could be causing this problem for me and the others.

I really need more input. Thank you.
