can't ban people for having pissing matches of differences in opinion.

way i see it is best to just ignore those people who are only here to stir things up. im sure he wouldn't come back if people simply stopped responding. or at least didnt respond they way they did. i dont care if he is banned or if he stays, but banning him will probably only want to make him come back and cause more problems.
