I did some quick looking around...
And the best i came up with was 1 eBay auction for an 8260 data cable. It appears to be the same exact cable that dealers use and it requires Nokia Data Suite to do anything useful with. That would let you program the phone, set a dealer logo, you name it.
Anything that you could do to a phone would be doable via this cable.

Evan, were you at Christian's when he did the Xenon install on Ryan's car?
