Headlight Problem on R32

Headlight Problem on R32
Just noticed that my bulb in my headlight is out on my VW R32. Problem is I'm driving to South Carolina tomorrow. Went over to VWVortex and I think I have to remove the bumper to get to the HID assembley. This is out of my expertise (and would rather risk driving with one bulb out than the bumper missing ;-). Suggestions?
