Ok guys, the Car is Totaled...
Who is getting what?
Justin gets the wheels, brakes, and eibach springs.
Tom gets the Test Pipe.
Christian i believe has the tires.
Also available are the following:
-S4 housings with Xenon HID's
-'01 Tail lights
-'01 fog light kit (ready to mount just drill holes)
-Brand new Serpentine belt tensioner
-Passat Sunglasses holder
-steering wheel boost gauge pod w/ VDO gauge
-APR snub mount
-cargo net
-APR tuned ECU
This is all from my '97 A4 1.8tqms

Who's the insurance company? They get the car (and everything on it).
You may be able to buy it back at a disposal auction such as www.copart.com -- if you've got a friend who's a car dealer who's willing to buy it for you. Pay the dealer. Take delivery. Then you strip the goodies.
In most cases the state will have confiscated the title and issued a certificate of destruction. In some cases the state will issue a rebuildable title.
