Got in late last night from Chicago and picked up the lipstick-lesbian-red A4 from the good folks at Rainbow valet airport parking at around midnight. In the dark haze of jet lag I didn't notice that they had parked it in front of a 47" tall parking tie that had basically lifted the front end of the car up about 3" off its normal suspension height.

I jump in the car and back out of the space....and see half the front bumper pop off the car. After some kicking and banging I get the bumper back on the car so that it is at least derivable. I proceed to act out my frustration on the staff at Rainbow Valet....and they are responding as if I was a Muslim waiving a gun on an airplane. After I completely traumatized the staff and convinced them that the car is sacred ground that they have trespassed on, they agree to pay for all the damages.

Now.....the never-ending search for a decent bodyshop continues.....

They are very good. I am having them roll my fenders. I've seen their work and it's top notch. Their shop looks more like a European Spa than a collision center and their garage is basically filled with the "Who's Who" in cars.

Daya's is closed and AJ's took over the building and revamped the place. All of Daya's people are gone too. I've seen 4 cars come to us from there and they were all flawless. Which S4 were you talking about??
