I just picked up a 200 quattro. What is the best way to get another 30-50hp out of the engine, and also what are some websites that give price lists for upgrade computer chips for the vehicle.

Chip & spring are the quickest and most effective. Almost all claim jumps of about 60hp. TAP, intended acceleration, 2bennett, and ben swann all make pretty well known chips. Boxerfan (he can be seen plenty over on the type 44 forum) also does chips on his own, for a pretty fair price. Expect to pay $300-$400, unless you buy the chip/spring out of a car in a junkyard that is being parted out.

I'd steer clear of TAP chips, IA is a great chip but usually the most expensive. 2 Bennett is also a good site to check out, but again $$$$.

I just ordered a new wastegate spring along with an ECU that already has a TAP chip installed. What would be the next step to add a few more HP?

at least do catback, 2.5 will flow and sound great.

I fitted a By pass valve, keeps the turbo spinning between gear changes, i also made mods to the throttle body, fitted a K and N air filter and fabbed an exhaust.
