Default Minor Engine Problem

1991 200 Turbo Q 20valve ~

Sometimes if I get up to around 3,000-5,000 revs, then pull off the clutch/throttle fast, the engine will just die out of nowhere. It also only does this when I have my idle set to around 800RPM, so now I have it up to about 1100RPM, and it occurs a lot less. Is this my ISV needing a cleaning? Or the air control valve?

There's no way to set the idle on a 3B it's done by the ECU.

I used the cruise control body and tightened/loosened that 14mm bolt on it. What was the stock idle? And how can you properly adjust it. I think the way I did it works fine though, cruise control still works too.

Default Why would you want to? If the throttle stop screw is set correctly and TPS..

clicks when fully closed there's no reason. Sounds like you TPS is not adjusted correctly. Check your codes.

http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/boost.html</a
