Worse comes to worse
Take a Caliper pusher tool, and a locking crescent. While pushing the caliper back in the piston, carefully turn the face of the caliper. Be sure NOT to grab the rubber boot and allow it to twist back...

*Update* (for those reading this far back)
I got a universal kit that has a dozen or so different size plates.
Pep Boys charges full price ($60), and refunds full price when returned.
