Default Is that pride I detect..... see half the problem with dealer service departments is having too much

of the wrong emotions. If only they could grow/find love for their customer's vehicles as they have for their own.

Now, if a delear could do that, I'd spend my weekends there.

Default It would be nice if they would actually have customer events....

and they loved our cars as if they were their own.

Here's an interesting comment I heard through the grapevine... most of those who purchased from HBL go to Alexandria for service... and I haven't heard that from just one person.. but many individuals who were tied with both organizations.....

So, either HBL service has seen a drop in revenue... or they're actually doing a reverse Anakin Skywalker .

Default Not to mention... a DECENT loaner car would be nice as well..... BMW Sterling lends BMWs.....

I find it hard to believe HBL Inc. doesn't have the overhead to do the same.

Default I know that you do not like Audi of Tysons. Thats fine!! I am trying to help the people who love

their cars. I did the same thing when I worked at BMW.

Default Here's another interesting note... maybe their just pinging us to find out what's wrong with...

their service. My understanding is that HBL Audi employees spend a lot of time reading this forum.

Default Hey, I actually like HBL's loaner program

It makes you like your Audi that much more

But really, how often do you get a Chevy Colorado pickup, or a dodge durango as a loaner?

Default I love my car... Audi of Tysons didn't... hence the hard feelings.... honestly though... the service

department is a totally different matter. A little honesty would be nice.

Believe me... I love my car...

Default To be fair, BMW Sterling lends BMWs @ $25 extra.

I just had my wife's 325 serviced there. But their level of service is a good example. God bless competition. :-)
