Blown Nogaro

I came home to find a letter from this company which tells me they'd like to make me an offer to buy my house. I thought it was some sort of scam at first but I realized this is a legitimate company after a little research. Has anyone dealt with them? I am actually planning to sell my house this spring and if they give me a good offer and don't charge too much commission, I may just sell it to them.
