Default We really need to get together. We've got a $10k roll of material at the shop....
I think a vacuum bag system to make molds would be a small investment from there.

Default Mat...I have all of the equipment if you want to use it...
Sounds like you got yourself a nice roll of twill! I have a vaccuum pump, bags, cloth, peel ply, epoxy, gel coat, mold release, rollers, molding plastic, etc... I also have plenty of literature and videos on lay up techniques and mold building. Let me know if you are interested in trying to fabricate something. I haven't had the time to perfect the process, but have worked with it a little.
