guys about to be stage 3- with giac stage 3- code...
does anyone have this done or anything???? i mean with the stage 3- code???
any help would be greatly appreciated and by help, i mean like specs on the software or anything...what should whp be...

Maybe I've missed something being gone from the B5 S4 world for a bit, but I'm not aware of such an
animal. The only GIAC code I know is the full stage III code they sell and the Stage I/II (k03) code they sell. Now, it sounds to me like you are making a homebrew K04 car (i.e., Stage 3-) like I used to have.
In fact, I had pretty much the exact same setup as you, but add in a manual boost controller and a TCD. You use the normal K03 software. If they have such an animal as stage3- software, then I assume it eliminates the need for these pieces of hardware as it is ECU controlled and I imagine it just takes advantage of the stock injectors being pushed at 5 bar instead of 4. I will say that my car with the boost set about 18.5 was pretty darn fast with that setup. I however was running slightly slower APR software and was able to make a few runs in the high 12's in the 1/4 mile. I'm sure it will put a smile on your face.

I wasn't aware of a specific Stage 3 minus code
The only thing I know of is messing around using the GIAC X code then use an MBC and lemmitweaks to adjust things accordingly. I am going Stage 3 minus in about 2 or 3 weeks. Who knows, I might come up with the cash to make it stage 3 outright....

um, ive been told by a good amount of people that there is a stage 3-
and i know ive paid for it, about to ship my ecu out so i can get it reflashed...someone please chime in thats heard about stage 3- code

GIAC has had stage 3- software out for about a year...
we have yet to use it because most of our customers are going to full stage 3 kits or choosing to tweek their X chip software for use with k04's. For the stage 3- guys / girls that dont want to tweek or go the homebrew route its a good alternative.

we can tweek and set things up....question is do you want to continue to
on your own. That type of set up does require some changes to the fueling based on changes in hardware / weather etc... If you dont want to deal with that then I would say stick with the 3- software.

how much more power is got out of the xchip tweaked, then stage3-
what exactly would i need...other then mbc/tcd..i guess you guys could do the tweaking on lemiwinks
