Default Wow! Your description the other night was bad enough...
but the pics on top of it are just incredible! Way too much structural damage to even be worth 1/4 of the asking price.

Default Just think of what $700k could buy you in other parts of the country.
Certainly wouldn't have to deal with crappy upkeep and crazy paint...
