I need to get my car inspected (VA). Are all places equal (no mods)? Do they all charge the same?

It was pretty cool.
They plied us with JW cocktails and apps, then we went downstairs for the tasting.
They had five shot glasses (.5-1oz) in front of each seat.
The first was JW black, the next three were component single malts that represent the 40 odd malts in black, and then the last was black again.
So as you go around the wheel, you taste the light fruit, dark fruit, and smoke components, and when you come back to the JW it is totally different. It tastes amazing.
I'll call you if I ever get another invite.
