Honestly...I dont agree with the material things but food is a must
so is medication...clothing too to some degree. They are porobably doing a justice...without power and with that much moisture in the air the food will spoil in no time...better to be eaten. And to avoid scikness one needs clean cloths.

I understand the emotion, but think about it. We don't execute people for petty theft.
It is hard to watch footage of a crime in progress, but we have to think deeper than that.
