Kinda story that gives you shivers.............
The gunman attended the Fall VIR 2005 event with his girlfriend! He paddocked with us Dubbers out in the boonies.

If so, that's really messed up cuz I've def hung out with the kid before. Kinda lost contact with him for a while though... but holy $hit, this happened in my back yard practically!
def have a bit of a chill going down the spine right now. If it's who I'm thinking it is, I actually met her as well when we had a lil Audi GTG at the Outback @ waterside in Norfolk w/ Kherry before he moved up to DC.

I went back and looked and I had IMs and emails from him about that event and meeting up with us...
He seemed like a pretty normal dude at the time and throughout the event. Wow, that it terrible for this to happen and what the poor girl's family is having to deal with.

That's pathetic...I sypathize for her and her family, but he gets none of it.
I had a rough breakup with my ex of 4 years while I was away at school, and went through a month where I thought life was over without her. But NEVER did I think of holding her hostage, much less homicide...much much less suicide. Then I woke up one morning and realized that we hated each other...and I just didn't miss her anymore.
About a year later, my friend of 4 years and I got serious and the rest is history (in the making)...our marriage is in June and I couldn't be happier.
Moral of the story?...People will tell you life goes on and there are plenty of fish in the sea and you may deny it, but it's the most pure truth out there...and things can only gets better!!
