◦Looking for a good brake shop close to Arlington, VA
Hi all,
I have a 2003 A6 Avant. It needs new pads/rotors all the way around (pad light is on, and both shops gave me same advice on brakes).
I'm looking for a shop that is reliable and inexpensive.
Dealer qouted me - $650 front/$515 rear
Curry's (Falls Church) - $615/$550
The car is not a daily driver, and used primarily to carry junk around town or to go to the airport. It has 66K miles and I now put about 3-5K miles a year on it. I plan to keep the car until it's too expensive to maintain.
Cheap is important, but I also want it to be quality work. I want to make sure they know to get the right pads w/sensors to turn off the warning light in the car. The closer to Arlington the better.
Any suggestions?
