Here's my cousin, his wife, and the newest member of the Liu Clan.

Alright, went down to the grandfolks out in the countryside of Taiwan for a few days... Here's the pictorial tour:
Front entrance gate: I spend many childhood summer days imagining & day dreaming under the shades of these trees. It was also here where a water buffalo snuck up on the 8 yr old me.

On demand propane hot water heater. Make sure to turn ON the tank if you want hot water...

Taking bath the old fashion way:
- fill the orange tub with hot & cold water... adjust to comfort
- sit your naked butt on that stool
- use the blue pail to pour water on yourself
- soap up
- use the blue pail again to rinse yourself off

Now try imagine doing this in 50 degF temperature!
...even I found this challenging now! (I had no prob when I was little... guess I'm spoiled by modern hot showers.
