Default Not having AIM at work really sucks..

I changed out my router software and so my proxy is down so that means no AIM for me. One would think that my productivity would increase, but instead my post-whoring has.

Default Partially Correct

They basically blocked out all IP's related to IM'ing. The recently re-opened the internal messaging system.

Default Ha, I'm currently implementing a similar solution since they just shut a bunch of our stuff down

Including AWMA. IM and all webmail will be shut down. Many non work related sites are shut down already. I am currently running through a web proxy, but it's so slow. I'm going to get my desktop machine at home configured so I can route all my interent/IM traffic through that.

Default Remote desktop...

You can change the port through the registry to 80(http) or 21(ftp) so it wont look TOO suspicious. It does show a constant flow of traffic unfortunately. There are also free proxy software thingies too.
