Time to open the wallet and get a good lawyer.
I have a clean driving record and don't want a
conviction... Anyone know of a good traffic law
attorney in northern Virginia?
The 4.2 is a costly automobile... )

Yeah, definately get a lawyer. You obviously don't want a reckless conviction on your record
I got a reckless ticket earlier this year (86 in a 60) and with a lawyer it was reduced to speeding at 79mph. With a clean driving record you stand a good chance of having it reduced.
Coincidentally, I just finished installing the radar portion of the Escort Passport SR7. Hopefully that will save my @ss from some future tickets.

I got an RD 86/55 a couple of years ago in VA
With one ticket in NY State on record, the lawyer was able to reduce it to 74/55, which dropped the reckless charge and the points from 6 to 4.
With a clean record I'd say this is the least they will do. Depending on how much of a baller your lawyer turns out to be, you may even get out of more.
good luck.

How fast? Where?
How fast and what was the limit?
I generally keep it under 15 miles over the limit in VA because no radar detector.
Anyone done a stealth radar detector installation in this area?
Definitely get a good lawyer, you don't want to be riding a bicycle for 6 months.
