Default damn, that sucks dude

but hilarious that you find fault with Virginia. Suspended license means you shouldn't be behind the wheel AT ALL. However, if you decide to take the risk, not getting stopped is 99% avoidable. Much like DUIs... except those are 100% avoidable.

Default Here's my story for all the forum lawyers...

I had a VA reckless driving (86/65) in 2005, paid court fees, with 6 month suspension, I then deployed, came back to MD, and never even thought about my DL being suspended in VA, it was 3years ago, and alot of sh*t has happened since then, besides I hardly travel into VA unless for a concert or to a military post. Went to a concert that night, and refrained from drinking, so my friend could get sh*tty, drove home, and got happy on the peddle, everyone does it, I just didnt have a radar detector.

Default I just find fault in the $1795 impound fee!! Thats hilarious, i can take my punishment..

but there comes a point when enoughs enough, hopefully, the judge will listen to my defense and be semi lenient on the punishment, but then again it is VA, and they do want their $$$$

Default interesting...

your suspension was for 6 months over 3 years ago yet it was still suspended in VA even though you have an MD liscense? Or did you have a VA liscense then?

Default well... there comes a point wher you have to hit people where it hurts

and that's the wallet. If the fees only came out to $50, then you probably wouldn't think twice about doing the same thing all over again. Notice all the people here that now know not to go flying through VA?
