PSA: Power outage in Reston has people driving like idiots.
Power outage around Wiehle and the toll road has a few traffic lights out of order. This has caused people to drive like f'n idiots.
Its really simple people, if the traffic light is out treat it like a stop sign. Evidently people around here either forgot, or just can't figure it out.
