Default Roger, wanna help out my search for a boost leak this weekend?

I wasn going to just pull the bumper off and check all the intercooler fittings as well as the turbo inlet. Im getting a honk noise at around 25lbs of boost. Lemme know.

Default I hate boost leaks, they're a pain to locate.

My last one turned out to be a broken clamp that looked ok on top but was busted underneath right through the middle of the metal strip. No idea how that happened, must've been a defect in the metal.

Default Luckily i have t-bolts everywhere except the throttle body so i dont htink its faulty clamps..

Its probably one that just backed off over time. I just turned the boost back up so im sure something blew off. I have a t-bolt for the throttle body coming.

Default The honk that your thinking of is from a broken diaphram in a 710 or stock DV.

I have a forge. Its one of the silicon couplers with my intercooler system i tink. I just turned the boost up so **** is popping off. It could perhaps be the 1in hoses going to the diverter, Those have a tendency to breakdown with heat.

Default and check the hose that connects to the bpv nipple...

mine honked when it got ripped off.

then my bailey valve honked at 23psi. Replaced it with a greddy type S and it was all good again.

Default Hmm. Its causing a studder on accelaration, i will make sure to check all that.

I relocated the diverter and replaced all those hoses a couple months ago. they are the only houses without t-bolt's.
