Default Somebody please slap me. (Rant and request for advice)

I just blew almost all of my CP certificates on my 60K service. I had NO IDEA it would come to $300+, didn't even think to ask. At least I had enough left to get some rubber Audi Sport logo all-weather mats.
Am I an idiot, or am I just naive about how much preventive maintenance costs? Should I have just done it DIY? Do I need to drive down to Gaithersburg for routine service? I'm thinking of REVOing it for its 70K birthday, or maybe 67,500, so maybe I'll just do that anyway, but isn't there anyplace close by (Northern Baltimore County) I can go for routine stuff? Somebody who won't wreck my vavle stem cap or tear my leather hand brake??? Honestly, I've had the car for THREE YEARS and never broke a valve stem cap or tore the leather, and they managed to do it in 2 hours! WTF?

Default Well, yeah, that too. 70's gonna be huge, better start saving now.

Nice looking wheels, BTW. Borbet E's? I'm getting ready to get a set of 17's.

Default Try Induktion motorsports

The are near BWI. They are very friendly and service is second to none. They do all kinds of work and cheaper than the "stealer".

Default NGP in Aberdeen does, and Pro-Imports says they do by appointment

Induktion is closer by a hair, though, and I was hoping to keep GIAC in the game as an option.
