Uh... they don't make appointments
at least that's what the owners have told me. You can let them know what day you'll be there so they can be sure to have your tires ready, but it's first come, first served, so get there early, or plan on a couple hours.

Nope - they don't take appointments but you're right - call ahead to ensure that your tires will be there especially if you want/need something out of the ordinary.
The other trick for those of you with 2 sets of wheels/tires is to leave a set at Radical Tire and pick them up a few days later when everything is mounted and ready to go.
