Default Dealer Service Reco's in Cinci?

New to the forum. Just picked up my new 2010 A4 MT, Sport from Fred Baker in NJ. Hard to find combo, and Audi Connection would not come close to their deal (even though they claimed they could procure the same car off the dock in NY).

Anywho, does anyone have experience or reco's re: the 2 Audi dealers in town (Beechmont/Audi Connection) for service? I have Audi Care, just looking for who would be best to take my A4 to.

Both are good shops. Depending on what you need done. I know techs at both locations. I have been to both shops but I prefer getting my car done by Miller's on Beechmont!

I bought my car from Beechmont, and everyone I worked with there was great. They were very understanding about my need to be **** regarding the unloading and prep work of my car.

That being said, I use Audi Connection for service (just because its closer, and I can't justify the gas to go all the way out to Beechmont).

For the most part, I've been impressed with the work done on my car. Sometimes, it seems like the people at the service counter could be more asttentive. And you have to get there early to be sure you get an Audi rental car, because they only have six or so. Otherwise, you get some Enterprise ride.

My one complaint I've had is that when I had my car in for some warranty work a couple of weeks ago, someone in their service department put a nice big scratch down the side of my passenger door. I pointed it out to them, and they fixed it as good as new, no charge, and without any hassle whatsoever. So, I guess thats good and bad: Good that they fixed it nicely without me having to fight over it, but bad because it happened in the first place. Still, I'll be going to Audi Connection unless a newer better store opens up somewhere.
