Need 2 things

i want to try something, my car is throwing the lean code, and i was wanting to try a different maf before i bought one, also was wondering if a car can be vagged/loggged while driving

i had my cel turned off and it came back on same day, ealry next

cleaning the MAF with electronic cleaner?
