'91 200 Electrical Problems ...
Just got the car and am starting to fix some of the minor problems ... Could anyone suggest a repair manual, similar to the Hayes manuals, apparently Hayes does not make manuals for the post 88 44-chasis cars... On to the problems:
Both rear windows aren't working, is this more likely switches or motors?
Both seat heaters aren't working, what should I be looking for to check. If I check the voltage coming to the seat at the connector, what range of voltages should be going to the seat? (haven't checked yet)
Also Bosch Injection unit is clicking like crazy, what could this be?
Does anyone know who makes a good replacement 9004 headlight bulb, lights are horrible compared to my old 85 5000 ...

First thing to check with any...
..electrical problem on an Audi is the fuses. Audi puts in lots of fuses so you have a lot to check!!
Bentley makes the only manual I'm aware of for these cars. If you have the owners manual, information about them is listed in the back. They are a little spendy but in many cases well worth the money!!

I assume this is not the quattro, and thus the 10-valve turbo.
Both rear windows do not work; check the lighter in the center rear console; if it also does not work, this points at the rear lockout switch for the windows, located in the driver's door pull.
Seat heaters both don't work? Are the relays clicking?

Yes the car is the 10v...
I checked the rear lighter in console and it is working, so would this then be both motors? Kind of odd isn't it for both rears to be dead? After all if just the switches in the back didn't work, shouldn't it still be controlable from the drivers switches?
Also there is no clicking relays when the heat is turned on for the seats, I will check this week to see if the seats are getting a voltage.

The electrical systems on these cars are notoriously flaky. I have a 88 5000TQ with 3 bad windows switches. A 91 200TQ with 1 bad window switch, neither car has fully functional seat heaters. My 4000 works but with all new window switches.
Replacing the window switches worked for me.
1) Try swapping a functioning window switch (front passenger) with a non-functioning switch. The switches are pretty easy to pop out.
Don't know about the heater.
