Automatic levelling system (?)

Hi,

I heard that there exists an automatic levelling system for Audi 100.
I somehow pumps hydraulic fluid into the rear shockabsorbers until
the car is levelled.
Does anyone now the details of this system ? (does it work with an additional
pump, reuses reservoir for powersteering fluid, where are the pressure hoses,
and would it be feasible to mount that system on a 100-Q ?)

Some had a special shock...

As an option, some audi/volvos/saabs had a special rear shock that was load levelling. It is a nice feature if you haul huge loads and then run empty, and have a lot of money. Option 2 is the much less-expensive Bilstein or the two-stage shock.

1991 V6 2.8Q?

Is your car outside of the states? The 91's here are I5s. The V6 didn't come until the change in 92.

In Europe that model was delivered first in january 1991.
I presume it is the same as the '92 USA and canadian models.<p>Andre
