It's got sort of the same shape, only with silly fifties touches glued on (that opera window is U-G-L-Y.) This is retro done wrong. That said, it'll probably sell like hotcakes.

I don't remember where I heard or read this, but I seem to recall hearing that Ford hired the same guy from Volkswagen that designed the new bug and the TT to redesign the new T-Bird.<p>I wish I could remember where I heard this. Can anyone confirm or deny it?

I haven't seen a good pcture of the new T-bird, but I wasn't impressed with what I saw.
