new engine
thanks
I would have no fear of buying a well-maintained used engine with 100k on it for an Audi. I would only put in what you already have, there isn't really an upgrade for the Audi 90 that is easy.
I'd also wonder why you want to replace it at 150k? My 2.2 had 136k on it when I pulled it, had no problems, no oil consumption, only a minor leak and the typical noisy lifters at startup. Most 5 cyl's can easily do 200k or more. I know of one with about 250k on it with no consumption issues.
