cracks in my big red rotors. yes they are cross drilled. how big can they get before they are more
than just cosmetic? 1/2 way to the next hole? too risky????

look at them when they're hot.
rotors will expand with the heat; if you see cracks then, it's time to replace them.
some amount of hairline cracking can be okay.
but if it makes you nervous, replace them.
