Handcuffs and leg chains in court?? Our government can be pretty stupid.
It's frikkin Helio for crying out loud. What are they afraid of, he's gonna two-step his way out of custody?
The government always thinks they can use celebrities as scare tactics for the rest of us.

I wonder if they would have used restraints on somebody like Barbara Streisand.
