How hot does your S4 get during track days?

I was just bedding in my new pads and my car got as hot as it's ever been, just a hair over 250 degrees. How hot can I expect to get on the track and at what temp should I back off?

250 max with chip and 100 octane and a gallon of toluene, 107 in the shade, yokie avs sports . . .

running Havoline G12 50/50 with water
