Looking to buy a helmet - Where is the best place to buy??
I plan on using mostly for Karting... but I will use it when I go to SIR... SCCA.. other events..
I looked around on the net and couldnt find anything. I found a few used on ebay.. Other than that I could not find anything.
Any recommendations on helmet brands/styles and where to buy?
Thanks

Speedware Motorsports in Redmond. They are just off...
...Redmond way on NE 95th (I think), across the street from Queen City Auto Rebuild and kind of near the Shari's and the KFC there. They may not have the best prices, but they usually have quite a few to chose from.

Racer Wholesale...find a helmet you like locally...then buy it at Racer Wholesale...
I saved a bundle doing it this way. Just make sure you know the exact size and manufacturer.
BTW, I got a Bell M2 SA95. Cost $269.

Sorry Charlie
I could only find one place locally that had the Bell M2 in the size I wanted....and they wanted WAY too much for it...$329+ plus 8% tax. I got it from Racer Wholesale for only $269 with no tax and a small shipping fee. I would be glad to buy locally if the price difference was only $25...but when it is $70+ I gotta go mail/telephone order. BTW, I don't shop at WalMart though.
