Those that have run Lime Rock- did anyone time their laps?
I'm trying to get a good idea what lap speed I should be running....
tho every time I'm there the track is crowded as hell!

Nothing really concrete, but video and various other timing methods have put me at 1:06-1:07
A4 with K04, Kumho MX street tires, running pretty hard. I've "seen" faster laps, but I simply don't think my methods are that accurate.
If I keep the car, I'll have some better times from my hotlap timer on Toyo RA-1's in the spring.
My personal opinion is that for a casual HPDE guy, under 1:10 is respectable there for an average street car, on street tires, like an A4.

My best is 1:08 with balding T1S tires in an S4 with a chip and exhaust
but I think I can get it down to 1:06 with better tires (slicks).
Oh yeah, its with stock brakes too. It would not make that much of a difference cause that was my time trial. If I was to do many laps then I might have problems.
Lime Rock is a fast track and brakes used heavily right before entering big ben.

under 1:10 isn't bad for your car at a HPDE. street tires and stock pads?, maybe higher.
I've never been there, but that's about the range where I'd put you in that car looking at EMRA's time trail results.
with experience, I'd say you could drop 2-3 seconds.

Street driven Civic race car, 125 hp, 1:06 at an EMRA road race last year. My new Civic should be closer to 1:03 when I go back.

in my car, lime rock is not taxing at all on the brakes.
There's only one major braking zone (into big bend), and everywhere else -- into the uphill and left bend -- is at most just a tap. So once you brake hard, you have about a minute at speed for your brakes to cool off.
R-compounds will help, but they're not worth nearly as much at lime rock as they are at other tracks. I would see how far you can get with the setup you have; once your times start to plateau and you're sure you're maxing it out, then go to better equipment.
